One of the best ways to accelerate innovation is through matching needs with solutions. EU Techbridge connects North American end users with European innovative SMEs.
In collaboration with Project Greenlight, an initiative led by the Vancouver Economic Commission and supported by Foresight Canada, we are looking for European SMEs with innovative technologies to participate in the Challenge “City of Vancouver: Smart Technology Green Infrastructure Monitoring”. The City of Vancouver are targeting SMEs that can offer solutions within the following focus areas, to help the City monitor and manage their distributed stormwater management systems:
- IoT integration
- Connectivity platform for data management
- Real-time monitoring data transmission
- Water level sensors
- Soil moisture sensors
- In-situ water quality sensors that monitor stormwater parameters such as conductivity, turbidity, and pH
- Imaging sensors
- Contact sensors
- Flow sensors
- Battery and solar power technology

After registering you will fill a very short form with basic information about your company’s profile, vision, type of solution and area of expertise, then you can fill in the challenge-specific application form. The deadline is the 30th June 2021 11:59PM PST ( 8.59 AM CET, 1st July 2021)
By participating, you can access the benefits of staying updated on emerging business opportunities in the Canadian market, leverage the opportunity to acquire new strategic partners by getting in touch with relevant Canadian stakeholders to present your innovative solution, and if selected you can possibly develop business opportunities with Canadian end users to pilot your solution.
